How do I return an item?
All return parts must be in the original Toyota packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. If your order did NOT include your VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered!
Please do not paint the parts, install the part, or throw away the box until you are completely sure the part you have is the part you need! Please do not write or alter the box in any way. We cannot issue a refund for parts that have been installed, modified, painted, scratched, or return without the original packaging.
There will be a 20% restock charge if we conclude the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover return shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customers, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable. Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned product we will, in our discretion, refund your money in the same form that you paid. (I.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when a refund has been issued.
Some of the parts we sell are remanufactured. These parts may be identified in our catalog as “Reman” or “Remanufactured”. Most remanufactured parts have a core charge. The core charge is a deposit that the manufacturer charges us, and which we pass on to you, to encourage the return of old parts to be remanufactured. You pay the core charge when you place your order. If you return the old part to us, we refund the core charge.
To receive credit, cores (except for complete engines and transmissions) must be returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. Complete engine and transmission cores must be returned within two weeks from the date your order is delivered.

The parts you send back will be inspected and must have all the components that the remanufactured part had. The box helps identify the part and proves to the manufacturer that the core replaces one of their products.
Shipping charges on cores are not refundable. Before sending back a core, you will need to decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost. As with any returns, before returning a core you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and follow the returns process completely.
